The products need to be purchased at custom-grips.com exclusively and be in their original state and packaging. Please contact customgrips@weareera.com to receive our return form. We do not cover return shipping costs if the product you received has been correctly delivered. We do not offer any exchanges. We do not accept:

• Products that are returned after 14 days since receiving your order.
