Can I return my product?

You can return any products purchased at custom-grips.com, if you purchased our products at a physical store or at any other website we can't accept your return. In that case, please contact the store you purchased the product from. We do not accept returns if they are not in their original unopened packaging and original state. Return shipping costs are for the customer. Go to the Returns page to find out more about returning your order.

I didn't receive a confirmation mail?

You should always receive a confirmation mail if the order was placed correctly. If not, first check your emails spam folder. If you still can't find any confirmation mail even though your bank account states you've paid us, then feel free to contact us.

When will I receive my order?

We ship internationally and you will usually receive your order within 10 days from the day you ordered. It takes us 5 days or less to process your order and send you the tracking link so you can track your CustomGrips. Our CustomGrips packages fit in your letterbox so you don't have to be at home during delivery, convenient right?

Can I edit my order after I have paid?

You can't edit your order and make adjustments if you have already received an order confirmation. We recommend contacting us to cancel your current order and place a new one if you want to alter anything.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €5,50. We currently ship to 9 different European countries with the same rate for each country. Every order includes a tracking link so you can follow your grips along the way. 

What consoles are CustomGrips compatible with?

We currently make two different sizes CustomGrips. One size fits PlayStation 4, Playsation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and Xbox 360 controllers. These grips also fit Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers, keep in mind that there is a difference between 'Switch Pro' and the standard Joy-Con controllers!

The smaller sized grips we sell only fit the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons for all generations of the Switch including Oled.
